Registration and Admission Procedure :

For securing admission for a pupil the parent/guardian has to first register the name of his ward by filling in the prescribed Registration Form. Admission is given on the basis of comprehensive assessment/ interaction. There is no test/interview for the pre-primary students. Admission is confirmed only after the payment of fees and on submission of the School Leaving Certificate /Original Municipal Birth Certificate. Parents shall check the correctness of the entries in the school leaving certificate/birth certificate before submitting them in the school. No subsequent change or correction will be permitted in the documents. All the selections will be provisional and will only be confirmed after scrutiny of the certificates and payment of the first installment of fees. Fees once paid will not be refunded.

Conditions for withdrawals/ TC :

The parents, who desire to withdraw their wards from the school, should fill in the application form for Transfer Certificate available in the office (Accounts Section) and submit it along with the requisite fee for Transfer Certificate. The document will be available within 7 working days from the submission of the application provided no dues of any kind are pending against the student. Fees paid at the time of admission will not be refunded at any stage. However, Deposits or Caution Money, if any, will be refunded at the time of leaving the school.

Condition of Age Limit :

The age limit of Toddler – 2 yr 6 months to 3yr 6 months, L.K.G- 3 yr 6 months to 4yr 6months, U.K.G- 4 yr 6months to 5 yr 6 months and Std. I – 5yr to 7 years. All ages to be calculated on the basis of age as on 1st April of every academic session and minimum age for higher classes will subsequently increase by one year for every classes.

Condition for Fees Payment:

Monthly Tuition Fees are payable for all 12 months. They are to be paid before the 10th of each month. For delayed payment a fine of Rs. 25 per month is charged. If fees are not paid for two consecutive months, the name of the student will be struck off from the roll.
The parents must ensure that all the fees are positively paid on time.

School uniform and Stationery:

To maintain uniformity, All the books, exercise books bearing the name of school, stationery articles and uniform are being available on sale counter of school on payment during school Hours.
